Which markers do people on TRT usually follow?

The panel most often repeated includes total and free testosterone, oestradiol, SHBG, haematocrit and haemoglobin, plus lipids, PSA where relevant, and liver and kidney function. Peak stores each marker as its own series so you can open one line — haematocrit, say — and see every result you've ever recorded in order, rather than re-reading six PDFs.

Why do my lab results use different units each time?

Labs report testosterone in ng/dL or nmol/L and oestradiol in pg/mL or pmol/L depending on the country and the lab, which makes two reports look incomparable when they aren't. Peak converts between them and lets you view the whole history in whichever unit you think in, so a change in lab doesn't create a fake jump in your chart.

Can I upload a photo of my lab report instead of typing it in?

Yes. Photograph or screenshot the report and Peak reads the marker names, values, units and reference ranges out of it, then shows you the extracted table to confirm before saving. That is usually the difference between keeping a lab history and intending to.

How does dose timing change how I read a result?

A draw taken two days after an injection and one taken at trough describe different points on the same curve, so comparing them directly is misleading. Because Peak already holds your injection timestamps, each result is annotated with how many hours after the last dose it was taken — which makes a like-for-like comparison possible.

Can I share my results with a doctor?

Peak generates a clean summary you can export or hand over: current protocol, dose history and lab trends laid out in a clinical format rather than a phone screenshot. It's designed to make a short appointment more productive.
