1. Not a medical device

Peak is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information presented in Peak is for educational and personal record-keeping purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Peak account and use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Peak offers Free, Pro, and Elite plans. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Elite.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to paid features until the current period ends.

4. Refund policy

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan remains active until the end of the period and is not prorated.

5. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to compromise the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Peak is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights, charts, or AI-generated content within the app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any health decisions made based on data within the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
