Peak ("we", "our") provides a personal protocol tracking tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data we collect
- Account information: email address and display name.
- Protocol and dose logs: compounds, dosages, timing, sites, notes.
- Bloodwork data: lab values you upload or enter manually.
- Health metrics: weight, sleep, mood, side effects, and other wellness data you log.
- AI conversation history: messages exchanged with the AI Coach and AI Doctor.
- Device information: minimal device identifiers used solely to deliver push notifications.
2. How we use your data
- To provide the core Peak service — logging, charts, and protocol insights.
- To generate AI research summaries personalised to your data.
- To send a weekly email summary, only if you opt in.
- We never sell your data to third parties.
- We never use your data for advertising.
3. Data storage and security
- Data is stored securely with our managed backend infrastructure provider.
- Encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Servers are located in the United States (AWS us-east-1).
- Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own data.
4. Your rights
- Access all personal data we hold about you.
- Export your data on request.
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account.
- Opt out of email communications from Settings.
5. Apple HealthKit
If you connect Apple Health to Peak, the following applies in addition to the terms above:
- Data read from Apple Health is never shared with third parties.
- HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing.
- HealthKit data is used only to display information within Peak.
